INSPIRE WFS Service Landnutzung Tirol Ausgehend von den Ergebnissen des Forschungsprojektes Land Information System Austria LISA (vgl. LISA 2014) wird im Auftrag der Tiroler Landesregierung die aktuelle Landnutzung für Tirol erstellt. Die Landnutzungen werden aus bestehenden öffentlichen Geodaten des Tiroler Rauminformationssystem tiris abgeleitet. Ziel ist es einen digitalen, homogenen, qualitätskontrollierten und aktualisierbaren Land-Monitoring-Datensatz bereit zu stellen. LISA unterscheidet dabei zwischen zwei Sets an Klassen: Bodenbedeckung und Landnutzung. Die Bodenbedeckung gibt den Ist-Zustand der Geländeoberfläche wieder und wird ausschließlich aus Fernerkundungsdatenerzeugt. Die Landnutzung hingegen stellt den tatsächlichen, vom Menschen beeinflussten oder verursachten Nutzungsaspekt der Erdoberfläche in den Vordergrund. Der Landnutzungsdatensatz wird in sechs Hauptklassen, welche als Blöcke bezeichnet werden, unterteilt: Siedlung, Verkehr, Landwirtschaft, Wald, Natürliche Flächen und Gewässer.
